Howdy! I am an 7+ years experienced professional in data analytics at Product Management.

Born and raised in Mumbai and never seen snow in my life, I decided to pack my bags and move to a student housing in Minnesota for grad school  ❄️🥶

Needless to say, it has been a WILD ride and a life turning moment to move to the United States. After exactly a year of break neck growth and learning the business and technical fundamentals of improving business processes at the University of Minnesota, I moved to Richmond, Virginia to work in digital marketing of credit cards for Capital One

I had a wonderful ~3 years of my professional career at Capital One where I helped business stakeholders understand how Capital One prospects interact with Capital One on Google's Marketing Products and eventually become customers. I was in awe to execute and eventually lead data programs to measure marketing performance, optimize audiences for hyper-targeted marketing campaigns, and set up a robust set of controls to monitor data quality for these sophisticated systems.

After Capital One, I joined Meta as a Payments Ops Manager where I currently manage a team that delivers on fast, resolution-focused customer support inexpensively on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. I am so grateful to be working with some of the brilliant minds in the world on solving hard problems like defining the measure of customer support, using machine learning to understand what users need help with and help them right away in the product, use machines to simulate agent responses to help users and save millions of dollars on operating expenses, and more...
